How do I check my LIC policy full details?

1. LIC Online Portal

  • Visit the LIC official website: https://licindia.in.
  • Click on “Customer Portal”.
  • If you are a registered user:

  • After logging in, you can access all your policy details, including premium amount, due dates, maturity date, and bonus information.

2. LIC Mobile App

  • Download the official LIC Mobile App (LIC Customer App) from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Log in with your registered details or sign up if you’re a new user.
  • Check your policy details on the app.

3. Call LIC Customer Care

  • Dial LIC’s customer care number 022-6827-6827.
  • Provide your policy number and other required details to get the information.

4. Visit the Nearest LIC Branch

  • Go to the nearest LIC office with your policy document and valid ID proof.
  • Request the staff to provide full details of your policy.

5. Check Through LIC Agent

  • If your policy was purchased through an LIC agent, you can contact them. They can provide you with the policy details.

6. SMS Service

    • Send an SMS in the format below to 56767877 or 9222492224:
      • ASKLIC <Policy Number>
    • Example: ASKLIC 123456789.

    This will give you key details like premium dues, status, and next premium date.
